Morgan Hill is just 10 miles south of San Jose, but feels like a whole different world. Fresh air, rolling hills, a bustling downtown and leisurely wineries. There’s also lakes, hiking trails, biking trails, and golf courses. Morgan Hill is home to the Henry W. Coe State Park – the largest state park in Northern California. Every year in the fall, the park hosts an event based on the annual tarantula migration where you can learn about all things fuzzy and eight-legged.

To dive into delicious Italian food, there’s three amazing places to try downtown: Maurizio’s, Sicilia in Bocca Ristorante and Betto’s Bistro. All have that classic Italian offering of lots of pasta, but you’ll have to try them all to find the nuances in cooking styles and pick your favorite!

For a restaurant with national acclaim, visit Odeum, created by Michelin Star Awarded Chef Salvatore Calisi. Odeum is a Mediterranean-influence restaurant that has an open kitchen with the only wood-fired oven in Morgan Hill and always the most unique ingredients around.
